Then enjoying Tahoe for 45+ years driven dozens of boats on that lake and this was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had plus the upgraded versions of their boats. EXCELLENTVerified We had the most wonderful experience in the lake. The team and staff were all so welcoming and helpful. It was such a pleasant experience especially considering we had 6 toddlers either us! IYKYK Tessa, our captain was helpful, thorough, and fun! She knew what she was talking about and set the tone for a great day! This is a great was to see the lake, be outside and enjoy the best views Tahoe has to offer! We had reserved a boat for Saturday, June 21, but when we arrived that afternoon, the weather had taken a turn. That's when we met Elise, the manager on duty, whose expertise and professionalism left a lasting impression on us. Elise had been closely monitoring the weather reports and assessing the conditions firsthand. Without hesitation, she informed us that it would not be safe to go out on the lake and immediately offered us a full refund. It was clear that her decision was made with our safety as the top priority. Later, we learned about the catastrophic events unfolding elsewhere on Lake Tahoe at the very same time we were speaking with Elise. That chilling realization made us all the more grateful for her decisive judgment and care. Her calm, clear communication and the responsible way the entire team handled the situation speak volumes about the kind of operation North Lake Tahoe Boat Rental runs. We can only imagine how difficult and high-pressure that day must have been for their staff, yet we were treated with kindness, honesty, and professionalism throughout.
