Planning a Bachelor/Bachelorette party? Getting the whole fam together for a reunion or one of the kiddos’ birthdays? Or does your corporate event need an unforgettable day on the water?
This page is designed to help you decide what boats will be best for your group and provide pricing estimates so you can plan the best Tahoe lake day for your budget.
1. Choose Your Boat
Do you want to enjoy your food and drinks while you leisurely cruise around? Book our Double Decker Pontoons and have your own party island! Does your group want to explore the whole lake? Book our Bowriders and adventure down to Emerald Bay, the Jewel of Lake Tahoe and one of the most photographed places in the world!
Our fleet includes 13 speedboats with capacities ranging from 6 to 9 people, and four pontoons: two single-deckers and two double-deckers that each have a capacity of 12 people.
*Pontoons go significantly slower than speedboats…
2. To Captain, Or Not To Captain
Do you or members of your group want to drive? Great! Just keep in mind that the US Coast Guard requires that the driver stays 100% sober (one beer counts).
Need a sober driver, or want a local guide that can take you to the best coves on the lake? Hire some captains! They’ll take the helm on your fun adventure so you can relax and enjoy the beauty of Tahoe with your friends and family. We love our captains and highly recommend them.
With captains, you can:
- Tie Up the Boats
- Anchor
- Go to On-the-shore Restaurants (Sunnyside, Garwoods, Chambers, etc.)
- Discover the Best Spots and Secret Coves of Lake Tahoe
- Go to Sheltered Spots that keep out of Wind/weather
- Have a Designated Driver
3. The Ultimate Packing List
We supply the boats and captains, you bring:
- Food, water, drinks, cups, towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, sweatshirt/pants, wind breaker, phone charger/usb, hats, a fantastic playlist.
- Please DO NOT bring messy foods, cheetos, BBQ sauce, red wine, glass, etc. (anything that can stain our white seats or cause damage/injury).
